Experience & Education

Marty has been actively involved in agriculture since 1966 and commercial real estate since 1987. He holds the designations of CRB, ABR and CCIM, a designation that allows him access to the world's largest commercial real estate network. Additionally he has developed working business relationships with major commercial brokerages in a multi state area. He has thousands of hours of continuing education in all aspects of commercial real estate. Actively involved in the growth of the Garden City community, he has served on the Economic Development board and the Great Plains Development committee. He works closely with the city and county administration, keeping abreast of the latest laws and issues that may affect commercial real estate.
