CCIM, CRB, ABR
In today's fast-paced world, the business, agriculture, and commercial
real estate landscape can change without warning. That is why
it is important to trust your commercial real estate transactions
to a professional who has the experience and insight to understand
and apply that information in order to minimize your risk and
maximize your investment, a professional who lives and works in
the market he serves.
Marty Nusser is that professional. A licensed real estate broker,
Marty holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Manager
(CCIM) designation, a title held by less than 4% of all commercial
real estate professionals. Recognized for their education, experience
and expertise, CCIMS understand the issues of measuring investment
performance, site analysis, property supply and demand, evaluating
and managing risk, market demographics, negotiations, tax implications
and financing options. You can be assured that every decision
throughout the transaction will be made in the best interest of
your investment objective.
In addition, Marty has over 30 years experience in farming and
agriculture and understands the many issues involved when selling
or purchasing agriculture property. You can be assured that every
decision throughout any transaction will be made in the best interest
of your investment objective.
Marty's goal is to build a relationship of trust and confidence
with his clients, to exceed their expectations, and develop long-term
business associations.
| Although Marty is dedicated to his profession,
he does have a lighter, creative side. He and his wife Judy
have two grown children with whom they enjoy spending time.
Marty is an accomplished fly fisherman, loves to cook, and
also enjoys designing and making jewelry. |
