As a lifetime resident of Finney County and Garden City I believe strongly that our community has much to offer. I was raised on a farm north of Garden City and am active in various community organizations. I am a graduate of Garden City Community College and Fort Hays State University with a degree in accounting.

As closing coordinator, I will assist Judy as she guides you through the final stage of selling your home or purchasing the home of your dreams.

I will be in contact with you to schedule inspections, repairs and/or treatments as needed and schedule a closing time that works with your busy schedule. I will also keep in touch with the lender and the Title company to make sure there are no surprises come closing day!!

My goal is to make this final stage as easy as possible.
